Jennifer Hazel Patrice Blanco

Patrice is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management where they were taught extensively about all the facets of HR. She has been in the Human Resource industry since 2010, mainly focused on recruitment and hiring. She also has a background in eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer service, mostly gained through her own business ventures in which she has been running alongside her career.

Being in the professional field for almost 15 years, she has worked with a diverse range of industries and people of different ranks from various countries, which honed her strong communication and relationship building skills. Her passion in helping and guiding people is what motivates her to keep working in her chosen career as a Human Resource practitioner.

Outside of work, she has been a dancer and an athlete of different kinds of sports since she was young. She was a cheerleading varsity during college and has been a part of the Ultimate Frisbee community after graduating. Although she is currently not active in doing sports, her focus is now shifted to teaching her little girl dance and sports that her daughter is interested in. She is now a proud mom of a little gymnast.
