Over a decade of those years were spent at one of the top digital marketing agencies in the country, where she served in many roles ranging from reporting, account management, training, HR and leadership. 6 of those years have been spent recruiting and hiring other digital marketers.
In addition to her digital marketing background, Marti is experienced in business process architecture, operations, workplace culture, human resources, client management,communications, and leadership development.

Trey has managed talent acquisition processes for over 6 years in increasingly competitive markets for highly sought-after talent. He is adept at identifying untapped talent pools and overcoming hiring challenges by utilizing new technology and providing consistent pursuit of the ideal professional.
